Biography
Alivia is a native of Watford City, North Dakota and currently resides in Grand Forks, North Dakota with her son and partner. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the UND hockey team, and keeping up to date with current events.
Along with her other interests, Alivia is a part-time rancher and the proud owner of 30 cow calf pairs.
Education
Alivia attended the University of North Dakota where she received her bachelor’s degree in Managerial Finance & Accounting in 2019.
Alivia continued her education at the University of North Dakota School of Law where she was active in the Criminal Law Association, Law Women’s Caucus, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Alivia graduated from UND in December 2022.
Practice Areas
Primarily Alivia assists with Criminal Defense, Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Estate Planning. She also has prior experience working in environmental law.
