Allison Conn

Allison Conn is Paralegal at Nilson Brand Law’s Fargo Office, where she assists with civil litigation matters including Estate and Trust Disputes, Business Disputes, Contract Disputes, and variety of other litigation matters. She works closely with attorneys, Ross Nilson and Hunter Cowdrey, playing a key role in ensuring that cases are prepared and organized, handling client and case communication, and assisting with making sure that cases are diligently and effectively handled.

Allison also works closely with Nilson Brand Law’s marketing team to coordinate sponsorships and donations as well as ensuring that online presence is compatible with Nilson Brand Law’s core values. Her previous experience working in marketing, sales, and providing client and customer experience allows her to understand working with and listening to people no matter the situation. Allison is regarded for her keen sense of organization, willingness to help others whenever needed, and her ability to respond to client and attorney needs with professionalism and respect

Allison earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with minor in Psychology from North Dakota State University, and she received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Dakota. She is a member of National Association of Legal Assistants, and a member of the Red River Valley Paralegal Association, where she serves on the Board of Directors.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, playing golf, and cooking. She also enjoys practicing yoga, including attending Hot Yoga classes. She is also an Alumna of Kappa Delta Sorority.
