Biography

Hunter is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation, estate planning and probate, and matters involving political subdivisions. He is committed to providing practical, straightforward guidance and helping clients navigate legal issues with clarity, efficiency, and confidence.

A North Dakota native, Hunter grew up in both urban and rural communities, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the challenges individuals, families, and local entities face across the state. With roots in West Fargo and family ties to Cooperstown, he values building strong relationships and delivering reliable, accessible legal counsel – no matter the size or complexity of the issue.

During law school, Hunter developed a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy. He was recognized for his exceptional skills in oral advocacy and brief writing as a member of the National Order of Barristers, a distinction awarded to students demonstrating superior skill in courtroom advocacy.

Outside of the office, Hunter is an avid football and golf fan and a dedicated supporter of the San Francisco 49ers. He enjoys following the NFL season and spending time on the golf course when North Dakota weather allows.
